Description

Due to the migration to dedicated project hosting (#1), the project's Trac instance can be used to produce changes reports. The former 'changes.xml' artifact attachments can be removed.

o Updated POM files removing build support for transforming 'changes.xml' documents.
o Updated POM files removing build support for attaching 'changes.xml' and corresponding transformed HTML documents.
